AFPA Hazard Assessment Training

This ‘NEW’ course is a comprehensive, hands-on, one day Hazard Assessment and Control workshop targeting the formal hazard assessment process, control methods and practice.

Wildlife Awareness

This ‘NEW’ 4-hour course is intended for anyone who works in close proximity to wildlife habitat areas.

Participants will learn how to avoid bear and other wildlife encounters, and what to do should an encounter occur. It also provides practical training in the use of bear spray. To register download the training schedule above or contact Joyce with AFPA at 780.392.0755.

COR Maintenance Options Training / Overviews

Corrective Action Report (CAR) in lieu of Maintenance Audit Option

CAR is a PIR maintenance option available to select employers that hold a valid certificate of recognition (COR) that has been active for a minimum of 4 years and that scored no less that 90% on their last re-certification audit. For details and approval for use, please contact AFPA.

Action Plan is a PIR maintenance option available to select employers that hold a valid certificate of recognition (COR) that has been active for a minimum of 4 years and that scored no less that 85% on their last re-certification audit. For details and approval for use, please contact AFPA.
