Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, tickets are transferable.
The deadline for Early Bird pricing and draw is June 30.
The deadline for all registrations is September 23.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update registration information. The deadline for all online registrations is September 23.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event. Digital proof of registration will suffice.
What is the refund policy?
Conference registration refunds will be issued until registration closes on September 23. After registration closes on September 23, refunds will not be issued. You may transfer your paid conference registration to another person.
Please note that the Jasper Park Lodge has different cancellation and refund policies than the AFPA. All hotel registrations and/or requests for refunds must be directed to the Jasper Park Lodge.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, however, name tags and registration packages will be issued in the name that was registered. Please update any name changes for the delegates who are attending by September 23.
