Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update registration information. The deadline for all online registrations is September 19.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event. Digital proof of registration will suffice
What is the refund policy?
Conference refunds will be issued until registration closes September 19. After registration closes, refunds will no longer be issued. You may transfer your paid conference registration to another person.rnrnPlease note that the Jasper Park Lodge has different cancellation and refund policies from the AFPA. All hotel room registrations, requests, or cancellations must be directed to JPL .
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, however, name tags and registration packages will be issued in the name that was registered. Please update any name changes for the delegates who are attending by September 19.
