When can I book my room at Jasper Park Lodge?
The AFPA room block is opens to take accommodation reservations on April 7, 2026. Rooms go quickly so book early to increase your chances of getting a room.
What sponsorship opportunities are available for this event?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, tickets are transferable. The deadline for Early Bird pricing is June 30. The deadline for all registrations is September 17.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update registration information. The deadline for all online registrations is September 17.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket to the event. Digital proof of registration will suffice.
What is the refund policy?
Conference refunds will be issued until registration closes September 17. After registration closes, refunds will no longer be issued. You may transfer your paid conference registration to another person. Please note that the Jasper Park Lodge has different cancellation and refund policies from the AFPA. All hotel room registrations, requests, or cancellations must be directed to JPL .
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
It is not ideal. Name tags and registration packages will be issued in the name that was registered. Please make every effort to update any name changes for the delegates who are attending by September 17.
